Jerry Fulton Pace, 84, of Lake Helen, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2025. He was born on July 31, 1942, and grew up in Florida, where he graduated from Cocoa High School.
Jerry proudly served his country in the United States Army, with assignments in Germany and Africa.
A lifelong runner, Jerry’s passion for the sport earned him countless race wins over the years. He was also a gifted photographer, with a special love for capturing the beauty of wildlife and nature. Bird watching and photographing rare species became one of his greatest joys.
Jerry was known to family and friends as a quiet, gentle soul. For the past 23 years, he made his home in Lake Helen, where he enjoyed a peaceful life surrounded by the outdoors he loved so dearly.
He is survived by his son, Jimmy, and several brothers and sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gladys and William Pace.
Jerry’s legacy will live on through his family, his photographs, and the countless memories he created with those who knew and loved him.
