These prices are effective as of January 23rd 2024, they are subject to change without notice. The goods and services listed are those we can provide to our families. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any cremation arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead or be listed in a package. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing in the statement we provide describing the cremation goods and services you selected.

PROFESSIONAL CARE
- 24-hour access to a Licensed Cremation Specialist
- Complete care of your loved one by our licensed professional staff only

SECURE TRANSPORTATION & STORAGE
- Multi-point security processes, ensuring your loved one's identity, security, and safety
- Transportation and care of your loved one in our facilities
- Refrigeration of the deceased as required and the cremation process

MEDICAL EXAMINER, STATE LAWS, FEES, & CERTIFICATE
- Initiation of the legal death certificate with the State of Florida
- Gathering all biographical information required for the death certificate
- Ensuring the filing of the death certificate with the Florida Vital Statistics
- Procuring the Medical Examiner's approval, as required by law
- Obtaining the required permit for cremation

NON- CEREMONIAL CREMATION
- The cremation process itself
- Preparing the cremated remains for delivery to the family
- Transferring cremated remains into a secure alternative container for safe transportation and sanitation of your loved one's remains
THE RETURN OF YOUR LOVED ONES REMAINS
- You will receive a call to schedule a time for you to pick up your loved one's remains.
*Please note: There is an additional $150 fee should you wish to have your loved one mailed via certified mail upon request.

By signing below, I agree that the above information is true and correct. Any errors may lead to additional costs in correcting state documents.
Acknowledgement and agreement;
I (we) authorize Just4cremation.com to perform services, furnish goods, and incur outside charges specified on this statement. I (we) acknowledge that I (we) received the General Price List and have signed below for the Statement of Goods and Services Package.
Terms; Payment in full is required at the time of completion of online forms or at the time of scheduled in person arrangements.
If the check or credit card is declined services will not be completed until full payment is made.
I (we) have read or been read the above, accept and approve same, and jointly and severally promise to make full payment. In the event of default in payment any collection proceedings, necessitated thereby, the undersigned agrees and understands that they will pay all cost of collection, including court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. I acknowledge that I have received a printed or emailed copy of this agreement.
